How do you communicate with clients during the project?

Since every project has its own set of logistical circumstances, we encourage our clients to voice their preference. That said, we at Zero Folks highly recommend we keep communication async over email, Notion and/or Slack! This ensures we have a cohesive written record throughout the project lifecycle that all stakeholders can easily navigate at all times.
